This program is designed to:

 1) Increase the ability of park rangers*, resources managers, educators and industry reps to interact with and educate anglers about marine fisheries issues, and

 2) Increase the local network of agency staff capable of identifying and reporting marine fisheries violations

*FRPA CEUs are contingent on the review and approval of the CEU Approval Form. .3 CEUs have been applied for.
